These terms govern your use of TRĀDXIO™ at tradxio.com, operated by DIGITAL RENAISSANCE METAVERSE. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
TRĀDXIO is online subscription-based market intelligence and risk analytics software providing AI-assisted market analysis and research, risk monitoring, simulation and educational insights. TRĀDXIO does not hold customer funds, does not operate as a broker, exchange, fund manager or custodian, and does not execute broker trades by default.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, use only your own account, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in USD through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Charges appear as "TRADXIO". Prices are shown before checkout. Access to paid features depends on an active, paid subscription; if a payment fails, paid access may be paused until payment succeeds.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it ends.
Refunds
Payments already made for a billing period are not refunded or prorated on cancellation, unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised, contact support and we will review it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or automate abusive access to the service; bypass security or access controls; or use it unlawfully or to harm others.
Intellectual property
The TRĀDXIO software, branding, content and presentation belong to the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own purposes during your subscription. Third-party names and data belong to their owners.
Market risk and no advice
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Content, analysis, simulations and AI outputs are general information and decision support only — not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. TRĀDXIO does not guarantee any investment return, profit, prediction or outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any data source will always be available or accurate. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and the operator is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, misuse, non-payment, or to comply with law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
