This policy explains how DIGITAL RENAISSANCE METAVERSE ("we"), operator of TRĀDXIO™ at tradxio.com, handles personal information when you use our subscription-based market intelligence and risk analytics software.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email address, sign-in provider identifiers such as Google), optional mobile number, profile and preference settings, content you submit (for example Intelligence Journal entries and questions to XIŌ), subscription and billing status, and, if you choose to connect a read-only trading terminal, the account identifiers and market data it sends.
Technical and usage data
Basic technical, security and diagnostic information such as request logs, device and browser type, and error reports needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
To create and secure your account, provide the features you use, manage subscriptions and access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot and improve reliability, and send service-related messages.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive limited billing information such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status and billing period.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, payment processing, AI processing for assistant features, and messaging. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
International processing
Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. We use reputable providers and access controls when information is transferred.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and selected market. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Security
We apply access controls, encrypted connections and database row-level access rules so customers can access only their own records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep personal information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, security, dispute handling, and legal, tax and accounting obligations. After a verified deletion request we delete or de-identify account, profile, trading journal and MT5 connection data, except information we must keep for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Payment and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Derived analytics are kept only in a form that does not identify you. System logs and backups are kept for limited periods set by our hosting providers, after which deleted information ages out.
Your rights and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to optional communications, subject to identity verification and applicable law. See tradxio.com/data-deletion for deletion requests.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated version.
Market data
Third-party market data (Twelve Data) is cached only while our data subscription is active, and raw provider data is deleted within 30 days after that subscription ends. Derived analytics contain no raw provider series.
